I am a Level 4 qualified sports massage therapist and trained acupuncturist with a passion for helping people thrive and achieve their goal, regardless of ability, age, size or activity levels. I strongly believe that nurturing the body can have huge physical and mental benefits. I want to help my clients to become pain free, in addition to achieving wellness and physical potential.
